Strategic Professional Resources, Inc., (SPR) supports United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM)
operational activities within six mission areas and the Electronic Systems Center (ESC) acquisition efforts through the
Program Management, Engineering, and Acquisition Support (PMEAS) contract vehicle (FA4600-11-C-0001).
SPR provides unique services addressing Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) needs. We have Planning, Programming,
Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) waivers approved by the Department of Defense (DoD). We are experienced in supporting
source selection activities, managing sensitive financial data, and providing unbiased, trusted agent advice and
recommendations to our customers.
The Mission of SPR is to provide experienced and knowledgeable professionals to augment and support the needs of the DoD,
Federal and State governments, and other business entities. SPR will supply personnel with the expertise to handle any
and all customer requirements ensuring execution of current and future objectives. Customer satisfaction is and will
